We also have 'Penny Tray' sweets to pick and mix.

I also sell my own home-made fudges of various flavours. Come in and sample them before buying.

 Home Made Fudge

All my fudge is made using fresh Jersey Double Cream bought from Hania Cheese stall on the market. Extra thick yellow double cream, it gives my fudge its creamy heavenly taste. My fudge is made in small batches to give a 'melt in the mouth' texture. I sell it in 100g bags for £1 per bag. It will keep for a good month in the fridge (if any makes it home).

The Various Flavours are:

Vanilla - Traditional creamy, the favourite.

Coconut - Desicated coconut makes for a crumbly 'cocconut ice' style fudge.

Chocolate - 72% Swiss Dark Chocolate, gives this one a touch of decadent luxury.

Chocolate Orange -  Fresh orange zest added to our chocolate gives other slightly more popular brands a run for their money.

Chilli Chocolate - Don't frown, it works. Fresh red chillis infused with 72% Swiss Dark Chocolate. The chocolatey fudge melts, leaving the warmth of the chilli peppers.

Coffee - For fans of the soft centre. The coffee gives it a soft, 'melt in the mouth' feel.

Ginger - Chunks of crystalized ginger, mingle with the fudge. If you can bear to leave it a couple of days it will get a fuller ginger flavour.

Cherry -  Diced cherries sprinkled through the mixture for bursts of cherry flavour.

Lemon & Lime -  Zingy and fresh. Lemon and Lime zest gives a refreshing flavour of lemons with a lime after taste.
