We have been trading over two years, importing and distributing Spanish food.  In this time we have consolidated our business and from our warehouse in Frampton on Severn (01452 741984) we distribute our ingredients to restaurants, caterers and shops in The Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Somerset, Devon and South Wales.  Our ingredients are not only used by Spanish restaurants but by many chefs doing Mediterranean or Modern British food.  We are serving from small pubs to Michellin star restaurants, and from butcher shops to the most exclusive delis.

Spanish food has experienced a recent surge in popularity, following the success of the new wave of Spanish chefs and restaurants (3 out of 5 and 4 out of 10 of the best restaurants in the world according to “Restaurant” , a London based magazine are Spanish) and the improvements on quality and consistency of Spanish ingredients and wines.  We are here to share those experiences with you.

In Stroud Shambles Market we sell some of our award winning cheeses (our cured sheep cheese has been awarded two stars in the Great Taste Awards 2009), pulses, cured meats, vegetable preserves or honey.  And we always try first there our products for retail....  You always will be able to find ingredients at very good prices (usually 20% cheaper than supermarkets, and much better quality!) and tips about how to make the most of them.
